Non-Leading Ledger in a Manufacturing Company

I have a situation where 1 out of 3 document types that I was expecting to see in Non-leading ledger -Doc. Type "TB" - wouldn't flow into non-leading ledgers. Don't know why ?

Any help would be appreciated....
