SMIN: The list of Message processor isn't shown if more than 9

Hello experts!

We have SM 7.1 SP8.

isn't shone list of messege processors if we select support team with qwantity of messege processors more then 9

Help me resolve this problem?

Hello Dmitry,

Colud check if note 1819899 - Support Team/Message Processor pull-down length restriction is implemented in your SAP system ? Also check table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM and value for parameter SET_PICKLIST_LENGTH which restrict nr of message processor.

hi,

set the last name as * and search and also make sure,

you set the

maximum search list

as 9999 or something above.

and also check you have sufficent authoirsation to work on incident management
