System preparation Error: 500 SAP Internal Server Error

Hi,

While executing the system preparation step 3 (implement SAP note)-> post processing step, I am getting the attached dump.

Kindly suggest.

Hi Kamil,

The sap note 1827161 is already implemented and the sap note 1741525 cannot be implemented.

In SE80 transaction the method "GET_ULA_GUID_FOR_CLIENT" (inactive) for the class "CL_AI_CRM_OBJECT_LMDB" doesnot have any thing.

Note 1745794 - Data Collectors corrections ST-A/PI 01P* SP0

Instructions:

Before you implement the coding via SNOTE please make sure the ST-A/PI 01P* release is implemented in all systems involved in the transport landscape. Please execute the report/SSF/SAO_UTILS in all those systems via transaction SE38 and flag the first option 'Uncomment/Recomment analyis coding for additional components' and execute this report in each of the systems. This has to be done BEFORE the coding correction is being implemented. After the execution of the report please start the implementation of the attached coding via transaction SNOTE.

Note: The code corrections must be applied fully automated by SNOTE. In case SNOTE shows any warning or error message during the note implementation procedure, please cancel the note implementation and open a message on SV-SMG-DVM.

Why and when object GET_ULA_GUID_FOR_CLIENT was set to inactive ? Run SE80 and choose and depicted below. Attach screenshot of version for this object. Are there any other inactive objects ?

Hi,

The issue is solved, the method "get_ula_guid_for_client" was not updated in the system. It was inactive.

Copied the instruction 1593320 of the sap note 1827161 into the system (for method "GET_ULA_GUID_FOR_CLIENT ").

It is working fine now. Thank you.
