Syclo project creating error

Hi,

     I installed syclo agentry by following the steps mentioned in http://scn.sap.com/thread/3350006

The installation was perfectly fine but I have the following error being displayed when I try to create a new agentry project

" The selected wizard could not be started. Plug-in com.syclo.agentry.editor was unable to load class com.syclo.agentry.ui.wizards.NewAgentryProjectWizard. An error occurred while automatically activating bundle com.syclo.agentry.editor (474).

I've attached the screenshots for reference.

Can anyone help me out with this issue.

Prathik,

Are you using a 32 bit or 64 bit server?

Can you post a screenshot of your Windows Add\Remove Program list showing the C++ Run-time?

Hi Steve,

               It is a 32 bit server. Figured it out, my mistake, had installed 64 bit agentry .zip instead of 32 bit .
