Toolbar Customization -dynamic and internal links toolbars

I could not find any other query/thread like mine, so I m posting this discussion.

I was trying to customize the toolbar : Registration->Supplier Management Configuration'  under Supplier Management tab, but I could not. Double checked the action IDs from system toolbars. and created a new toolbar customization, everything looks fine to me.

Whereas I was able to customize the other 2 toolbars under registration - 'Supplier Modification List' and 'Supplier Registration List'.

The only difference I noted was with their action types which was 'dynamic' for 'Supplier Management configuration' and 'Internal Link' for the rest two.

So, Is it something to do with this that I am not able to achieve customization? Are those toolbars customized by a different way altogether?

It should work. Please try toolbar id  eso.system.toolbar.navigation.odpbluenavgroup_eso.vendor_management.srm_registration.odpmastercategory_registration
