Content Customization in Technical Monitoring

Hello,

In technical monitoring we get alert on e-mails, the alert description does not speak about the SID involved rather it states the hostname. Is there any way possible by which we can add the the SID of the system involved and also if we can get the values of the metrics in alert at the moment it sends an email.

I tried to do this in content customization tab but not able to change any parameter there.

Please let me know how to do this. Thanks in advance.

So this is probably what you want, as the built in functions don't allow for a lot of customizing.

Now with this being posted, keep in mind that SP10 is right around the corner, take some time and see if the upgrade is going to provide this and possible avoid having to do a BAdI

Hi Sunny,

   Edit Templates in tx SOLMAN_SETUP ==> System Monitoring ==> Templates, in Alert tab, you can configure email  sending on needed alert, it contains an HTML with detailed Metrics and futher information.
