I want to create a single cycle maintenance plan on every first saturday of the every month , the frequency of the call object is 0ne month.

Create a Factory Calendar with First Saturday of every month, assign that in Maintenance plan. So that, you will get orders accordingly.

Please confirm you would like to schedule Single cycle plan such way that it will get schedule in background  on every first saturday of the every month ?

If yes

You can use transaction SM36 for scheduling background job for Ip30 (dealine monitoring) for Program RISTRA20 with your varaints.In SM36 you have  to mainatin scheduling parameters so you can schedule the auatmatic jobs for every 21 days.
