There is no PO closure report in SRM but you can avail the reporting functionality in MM.
Technically when all PO items are ticked for delivery completed and final invoice flag, the PO is closed.
There is no straight report but within ECC system you can search in table EKPO for the items which are flagged for delivery completed and final invoice, if all the items of a PO are ticked the PO is closed.
You can design a query report to identify these POs.
