Hi,
when I display a dms document by CV03N, I cannot see any attachment.
If I click on the modify button the sim image icon appears.
If I try now to click on it system replies with error 26313.
I find this link with a possible solution but won't work:
http://www.stechno.net/sap-messages.html?view=sapmessage&id=26313
Then I verified the customizing path:
Under Define workstation application, can see the following entry:
Appl (workstation application) | Descriptiom | Suffix | ArchID | Start auth | NoRename | File format |
SIM | Immagini | X | X | *.jpg, *.bmp | ||
Under Define workstation application in network, I can see the following:
Type (data carr. type) | Appl workstation | AT application type | Description | Application (path and program) |
PC | SIM | 1 | Immagini | EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL% |
PC | SIM | 2 | Immagini | EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL% |
PC | SIM | 3 | Immagini | EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL% |
Cannot understand what is the problem.
Thanks
Best regards
Hi,
regarding the mentioned error message it seems that your system tries to display the file in the
ECL Viewer application which is maybe not installed on your PC. To check this please go to transaction DC30, choose the workstation application SIM and then go to "Define workstation application in network".If here the parameter "EAIWeb.webviewer2D.1 %SAP-CONTROL%" is set then the system has to use the ECL Viewer.
So in this case you have two options. The first one would be to install the latest ECL Viewer which is currently version 7.0 patch 13 (see SAP note 1912713).
The other option would be to change the parameter value to %AUTO% and so an external suitable application will be used for displaying your files.
Best regards,
Christoph
