SAP Solman Basic Configuration - Diagnostics Prerequisites

Hi all,

We are trying to get a Wily Introscope installation up and running on a Solution Manager (7.00 EHP1).

The solman instance has been neglected for some time and now we are trying to get it back in place.

One of the issues we encounter is during Step 3 - Installation check of the Basic configuration.

When we run the Diagnostics Prerequisites, it's complaining about the fact that there's a ST-A/PI release 01Q_700 while he's expecting ST-A/PI 01P_700.

This release has been installed due to recommendations of the RTCCTOOL.

Do we now have to install a newer SPS because of this ? Or are there other possibilities (work-arounds) ?

On ST-A/PI 01Q_700 in Managed System Configuration - Check Prerequisites and indicates Solution Manager doesn't have ST-A/PI 01P_700 Installed

Hi Mark

No need to install a new stack.

Only perform the steps mentioned by the RTCCTOOL check results - update the St- A/PI  resp. ST-PI Components.
