Unable to login in ESR and ID of SAP PI7.31

Hi All,

We have PI7.31 dual stack... Whenever I am trying to enter my login details for ESR or ID its getting hanged.... I am not able to type single letter in esr or id window....what can be issue here??? I got this problem all of sudden.....til yesterday it was working fine....I havnt changed anything from java perspective...Please suggest...

Hi,

Can you check if there has been any automatic Windows update on your system for Java recently . Go to All Programs->Windows Update.

Hi Rashmi,

Check the troubleshooting wiki at - http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/M4AKEQ.

You can try clearing the caches etc. Also please check the Java version you are using on your pc. There are issues with some of the 1.7 versions.
