Objects not generated from Model configurator

I am creating an integration scenario and after i am done with the Create Configuration objects within the Model configurator and click Apply, I dont see the objects getting generated in the Objects tab of the integration scenario.

Any ideas what i can check or verify to understand what could be going wrong would really be helpful.

This has been resolved now. Upgraded all the PI components to the same SP level.
