Hi all

In SolMan Self Diagnosis we have an error for the Job Scheduling Management.

The alert details look like: "No RFC connection found for System XYZ"

There are several messages and all Systems are Java/BOE systems.

Any solution?

Cheers

Hi Karthik

Yes, everything is completed.

I don't understand why this RFC message appears for Java Systems.

Hi Marian,

Issue araises in the Job Scheduling Management. -> SAP CPS.

Whether you are using SAP CPS in the solman for job monitor?

Hi Marian,

In self -diagnosis, the issue raise in Job Scheduling Management. -> SAP CPS.

So just i am checking with abt  SAP CPS configued in the solman system?

Because the issue clearly show RFC missing, so if you missed the config of Job Scheduling. it will show the error.

So if you are not using this functionalities, just uncheck the Job Scheduling Management and execute it.

Hi Karthik

SAP CPS is not configured on our SolMan.

I only see one option: execute all and there is no button/options to select and execute only desired tasks.

As far as I can tell it's all or nothing!

Additionally unchecking the JSM task(and so on) to obtain a green status for maybe half of the tasks just doesn't seem right.

A grey status like: JSM is not configured/used would be acceptable.

Hi Marian,

Goto self-Diagnosis -> settings -> Alert type by function -> uncheck the Job Scheduling
Management
function group.

Because you are not using the CPS.
