Problem in opening ESR and Integration Directory (PI)

Hi

When i try opening ESR or Integration Directory in PI system ,it is showing the status just as "Downloading application" and displaying error as "Unable to open",  error attached.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Check your Java version and use the correct one. Java 7 does not work.

Also you should to know that each PI version is supported of differente java version. What is your Pi version?.
