Hi Experts,
I am working on a soap receiver scenario.I have configured objects in ESR and ID.I am able to view the wsdl provided by the third party in the browser .When I am trying to test it from RWB, I am getting an error
Error While Sending Message: Got no response from call to "target url"
I dont find any messages in SXMB_MONI.
Please help me resolve the issue.
Regards,
Praveen
Hi Praveen,
A few cents to the below suggestions, are you sure the webservice endpoint is synchronous?, you could ask to the vendor if it is sync or async.

Hi Praveen,
1.) Check if the target system (url) is reachable (ping) from your PI server.
2.) Check what is the response you get when you try to send the request to the webservice from a SOAP UI.
3.) If an action is missing in your request you can either check the wsdl imported in ESR, a target soap action should be there or you can approach the third party system.
Hope this helps!
Abhishek

Hi Praveen,
What is your target URL you are using in the SOAP communication channel? DId you check if this URL is available (via browser check)?
Best Regards

Hello
Try and test the webservice using SOAP UI and see whether it works or not.I t seems the third party action is not giving a response back.May be as a next step you need to contact the third party team.
