I am searching materials related to Currency Management and Optimization (CMO) for banks.

However there are not much information about this.

Please let me know where can I get related documents.

Or if anyone has, please kindly send me.

Hi Duyennx,

The limited documentation for Currancy Management and Optimization is for internal and partner use only. I don't know why that is.

As expert Datta said, it uses components BOBJ dashboard, APO DP, SNP and TP/VS, ERP logistics and Event Management.

I suggest you contact your SAP account representative for more information.

In Google search following weblink gives one SAP presentation although it may be old.

Hi Duyen,

By going through the presentation on the weblink provided,  you will realize that CMO is not a seperate SAP Software Application. The CMO Solution Offering uses current SAP Software Application Components ( SAP APO , SAP ERP-ECC, SAP Event Management, SAP BI).

The Currency is treated/ used as commodity and for this demand, supply planning, are done like we will do for any other commodity.
