Hello guys.
I'm in charge of SD configuration.
During system maintenance, we need to archive pricing master tables because of mass data volume.
But it can be a problem in below case.
- Archived price condition records(A*** tables) which had been created long years ago.
- There is a open sales order that have the archived pricing master.
- If a user push pricing update button for the sales order, then condition records can not be picked up.
So I want to know how we can get pricing master data from an archived pricing table?
Is there any way for this with SAP notes?
Anybody who has experienced this?
I am not good at this archiving area.
So hope your great suggention.
BR
First, Open records will not get Archvie.
Second, No way you can archive condition records alone with out closing the
subsequent and associated documents.

Hi,
You can go with KONP and KONV tables.
