UWL Refresh

Hi,

   I am working with SRM 7.02, i have a requirement. When the user selects the workitem ( via hyperlink) and approves/rejects the item, the item is still there in the UWL until we refresh the screen. any input on how to refresh the UWL automatically will be helpful.

note: refresh is not happening only using the hyperlink provide.

Hi,

You should refer SAP Note:  1628778 - SRM UWL is not refreshing: completed work items are not refreshed from UWL.

Although Note is for SRM 7.01, I hope it will help you to prepare solution for your problem.
