Solution Documentation - Automatic Status change issue

Hi ,

I am using SolDoc for Document update.

When all the approvals of document are done, then status should chnage to Approved automatically, but some times its not happening.

Example: Sent the Document for Review & then for Approval. I have 3 level approvals. When last approval is done then status shoud automatically chnage from ' For approval' to 'Approved'.

Hi Kumar,

This might be authorization issue if it is working for some user and not for others.

if some other issue ...can you elaborate your config steps .

have you configured a workflow and attached to the document type or all doc type

Need some more information here
