GRC 10.1 Remediation View

Hi,

Anyone have seen the Remediation view screen during risk analysis in SAP GRC 10.1.

Kindly suggest the browser requirement for that.

Is it OK to run it on IE 9.

Issue has got resolved.

Problem was with the SAP NW Gateway. I have reconfigured the Gateway connection and remediation view started working.

When i'm running the remediation view on foreground, Im getting the error "service cannot be reached" although i setup the gateway already. What else do i need to do?

In Remidiation view we are not able to display any actions and permissions of role , please advice for any configuration settings need to be performed.

Should work on Chrome. IE has certain issues for HTML5

Hi Prasant,

I can see business/technical view but remediation view screen is grayed out...Nothing is coming.

Even I am not getting any error message so thought the browser could be the issue. I tried on IE8, IE9 and Chrome.

So wondering whether i missed any setting to enable remediation view or browser does not support it.

Use NWBC client.

browser might have issue.
