IDocs are not getting transfered properly from SAP ECC to ME

Hi Experts,

I am trying to download master data (Materials, BOMs) from ECC 6.0 to ME 6.1. we have done MEINT 6.1 installation and configuration. I am able to download Materials using POIM. For downloding BOMs , I have generated the Idoc using BD30, However its not getting downloaded to ME. where could be the problem, In this kind of situations what is the configuration, that I need to recheck. And how can I download Production Orders. It would be helpful if someone can provide some links or docs.
