contract with billing plan pricing

Dear Guru's

kindly guide me in below scenarios for pricing.

as per our business requirement we created Contracts with Period billing plan.if contract tenure is 10 years.Here price will change as per tenure.

we are picking the pricing through condition record from VK11.

Example:

Contract start  01.09.2013

Contract end    19.09.2023

5000 Rupees will charge from 01.09.2013 to 31.08.2015

5500 Rupees will charge from 01.09.2015 to 31.08.2017

6000 Rupees will charge from 01.09.2017 to 31.08.2019

6500 Rupees will charge from 01.09.2019 to 31.08.2021

6000 Rupees will charge from 01.09.2021 to 31.08.2023

Hi

If you want to determine price based on condition record every year then you can maintain condition records for every year with predefined price. During configuring perdioc billing, when you configure date category for periodic billing maintain B in pricing. This will redetermine price every time and you will have maintained prices in billing document.
