PI 7.31 Java/Single Stack, Mass Cancellation of "To Be Delivered" messages

Hi All,

We are currently in PI 7.31 SP06 Java/Single stack, and have below issue.

In QA box, some one accidently placed huge number of inbound messages and it created around 1000000 IDOCs and we stopped the inbound IDOC channel(receiver) and many of these messages are in "To Be Delivered" Status currently.

In AEX, Is there is any way to do mass cancellation of "To Be Delivered" Messages? I am not able to find any batch job/options avaialbe to cancel huge number of messages in AEX monitoring, max we can do is manual cancellation of 1000 messages.

Hi Rakesh

In the message monitor, select the message at the top frame.

And at the bottom, select the line for "To be delivered" messages. Then click "Cancel" and cancels all the messages selected

Yes I tried this, but  ts gets connection time out, as we have got huge number of messages to be cancelled.

You can try by delecting the message by parts, I mean first you can select/display 1000 messages then cancel them and so on.....

Hi Rahul,

Since we have around 800000 messages, canceling it 1000 each will be tiresome,

In AEX, I am looking for options similar to the abap stack report -

RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES
