Reg Pearsonvue account

Hi,

I am trying to create a pearsonvue web account to do my certification.

But during the third step of the process,when I enter my SUSER ID it says its invalid.

But my SUSER is active,moreover I am able to log in to service marketplace with the same account.

Please share your inputs on this problem.

Hi Richie

It looks like your User ID hasn't been maintained correctly in the backend.. unfortunately as I'm based in the UK I can't fix this for you.  However if you contact my colleagues at education.india@sap.com they should be able to assist you.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply.

I had contacted SAP regarding this .

They said that my SUSER ID is fine and told me to contact Pearsonvue.

But Pearsonvue told me that the problem was with my ID.

So I am stuck in between without any answers.

Hi Richie

Sorry to hear SAP weren't able to help originally.  I've contacted my colleagues there and asked them to look into this again and contact you so hopefully you should hear from someone soon.

Sorry I can't fix this myself but I am unable to change customer details in the system.
