CIF Error - /SAPAPO/RRP137 and /SAPAPO/RRP516

Hi,

I am getting an unusual error on Inbound CIF queue in my APO system. The error I am getting is RRP137 and RRP516 (screen shot attached below). The order referred is a production order. Order quantity is 20,000 with a scrap factor of 7.64% (this makes scrap portion as 1420). The receipt quantity on the order is 18,580, while the error is stating a factor for 1.858. Need some help to get to the bottom of this quickly. This queue is holding up other production orders and stock queues
