Unable to enter and add value to contion in order

Hi

I have a condition type which is marked manual in pricing. When I try to enter the condition and its value in conditions at order level it disappeards. I have tried searching condition exclusion, however the conditin types mentioned for exclusion are not there in the pricing, also the reqruirement does not seem to be causing it, can you advice if I have missed something.

Select that condition type in V/06 and ensure that "Amount/percent" field is checked.
