Stock posting to new material in UD error M7042

Hi,

When we post to new material option in stock posting tab with another material in the same plant however with new batch (created in QA11 screen itself) system shows new batch is created. However during stock posting, system shows Material batch does not exist in plant storage location.

Is there any setting we are missing?

Please help in resolving this issue.

Hi Srinivasan.

You need to extend this material to respective storage location.

This got resolved by config. Node : definition of initial data set up for batch creation.

Both 309 and 321 need values here.
