Señores alguien ha tenido experiencia en instalar Integration framework en una unidad que no sea el C.
Ya que cuando lo trato de instalar en otro disco que no sea el C me da un error y ni siquiera me queda el servivicio de integration visible en los servicios de Windows

Ayer me sucedió exactamente lo mismo. Para solucionarlo fui a la ruta: "Inicio / Todos los programas / Integration solution for sap business one / change instalation", colocas reparar y listo.
No lo he probado porque sucede pero pienso que en la instalación el JCO no está en la ruta correcta.
Lo importante es que de esa manera puedes arreglar ese detalle.

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta, lamentablemente no alcance a probar lo que tu mencionas ya que encontré una nota y lo pude solucionar. Te la comento por si te llegara a servir
La nota era: 1618978El error que me arroja es : "Initialization failed to finish within 600 seconds"En la nota me dijo que siguiera los siguientes pasos:
1. Delete tomcat6: Open Command Prompt->run 'sc delete tomcat6' (Run Command Prompt as Administrator).
2. Check the System Environment variables, if CATALINA_HOME exists rename it (for example CATALINA_HOME1).
3. Via Command Prompt, set current directory to tomcat bin directory -> run 'service install' (Default tomcat bin directory is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\B1iServer\Tomcat\bin)
4. The Services.msc should now contain SAP Business One Integration Service. Change this service startup property from Manual to Automatic.
