Incorrect packaging ( in outbound delivery)

Hi,

In our outbound delivery process.... multi-level packaging

I am trying to pack Two different parts in the same type of box but different packaging factor.

e.g. Part A has packing factor 5 pcs in box type X and Part B has packing factor 15 in box type X.

Then Box X on a pallet A....

But system is ignoring the 2nd packaging factor and use only one.

It is working fine, If I am trying to pack single part in a delivery then it picks the correct packaging factor.

I don't want to do manual way that would lead to user error.

Please suggest !!!

Best Regards,

G

Hi Dinesh,

Actually I am already using similar example and working fine...

I am trying to pack Two different parts in the same type of box (CARTON ) but different packaging factor.

e.g. Part A has packing factor 5 pcs in CARTON type X and Part B has packing factor 15 in CARTON type X.

Then Box X on a pallet A....

But system is ignoring the 2nd packaging factor and use only one.

It is working fine, If I am trying to pack single part in a delivery then it picks the correct packaging factor.

Hope this make sense !!!
