Hello
I was using SOLMAN_WORKCENTER (Solution Manager 7.1) on his local adress and it worked (almost) fine.
But now i want to open SOLMAN on an external adress (thru a proxy) .
A curious thing appears :
It work fine with Firefox
But
With Internet Explorer (9 & 10), an empty window appears : (completely empty) and seems to have no aim.(perhaps a warning ???)
When i click on the small icon, the window close itself and i can continue .
When i'm connected, it's the same thing !!!
And again if i want to create a new message ...
Is there a difference or something different beetween IE and Firefox ?
Is it a proxy issue ?
I'm lost
Thanks
Regards

Hi Pascal,
You can try solution from note 1347768 - Web Dynpro and Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 8.0 or update IE to 9 version .

Hello Pascal,
Could you check if IE doesn't block popup windows ?
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/ie-security-privacy-settings#ie=ie-10 or something addons like adblock.

Hi Josef
Please use another browser version (Firefox or IE 8). There may be incompatibility issues with IE 9 (as described in SAP
Note 1590563).

Kamil

Hello Pascal,
In my opinion you ought to edit SAP html page.
Please refer to this blog
