Log viewer failed to register log files

Hi ,

For manage system config in solman , I am getting an error for the step "check configuration".

"

The Log viewer failed to register log files (SAPHostAgent webservice returned: permission denied)

Pleasae check the connectivity with the SAPHostAgent"

1) How to check the connectivity with the SAPHostAgent from solman to the manage system

2) How to restart SAPHostAgent

Hello Daniel,

1) Refer to the section 'SAPHostAgent Trusted Connection' of the document attahced to note    1611483 and ensure that the trusted connection is correctly configured.

2)to restart SAP Host Agent-> Change to the directory of the saphostexec executable /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe

Run the following command to restart SAP Host Agent:

saphostexec -restart

Check solution from note 1839894 - Diagnostics Agent log shows "Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized"

ad 2) Run SOLMAN_WORKCENTER tcode tab SAP Solution Manager: Configuration, from left menu choose 'Managed Systems Configuration' mark one's system click 'Configure scenario button' and go to step 4 connection status between solman and managed system OR click link Agent admin or HTTP://solmanhostname:80$$/smd/agentAdmin
