Hi Experts,

I am configuring ITSM 5.2 Create Business Partner for Orgunits, Define Organizational model, Define determination of Solt to party and Define Support team. Is there any document for understanding these concepts and configuration document.

Yes it is it cover plenty of good stuff more elaborately explained with examples and you will definately gain more knowledge over ITSM

Remember this is just one module or capability of solution manager so this won't cover remaining stuff and you still need to refer to solution Manager 3rd edition book or SDN or SMP
