Message id not highlighted to see the details in RWB of successful messages

Hello Experts,

I am not able to see the successful messages (SOAP to proxy scenario ) in Rwb in message monitoring (adapter engine).

I can see successful message processing in channel monitoring but message id is not highlighted to see the details.

While today for the same interface I can see everything.

Could you please help in this.

Hello Ashish,

Possibly you have the issue in note 1520874 Unexpected deletion of audit log entries. Check if you are on a higher SP and PL release.

We are on low patch level than mentioned in the note.

Will try to implement and  keep monitoring if it resolves.

Hi Ashish,

Are you able to see message in SXI_MONITOR (ABAP stack) ? If not , logging of synchronous message will be disabled on your PI system.

Yes it is disabled.

But here I am concerned with Adapter Engine messages in RWB.

Hello Ashish,

That means you can't see the successfully messages both in (ECC and PI (ABAP and Java stacks)) . But you can see failed messages . If you want to see successfully , you have to change runtime parameter(LOGGING_SYNC) in integration engine configuration (sxmb_adm-> configuration-> check for runtime parameter (LOGGING_SYNC) and set value to 1).

Note: Not advisable for production systems.
