Functionality of 'Rough Work Load Estimation'

Dear SAP Gurus,

Recently I was going through web search & came to know that Under Planning and Monitoring in SAP-LE we have Rough Work Load Estimate function. We are already having Warehouse Activity Monitor configured in our system, now we want to add RWLA also in our system. Please let me know what are various steps involved in its configuration & functioning. One thing more is it necessary to have CRM for RWLA. Valuable comments would be appreciated.

can't say to much about it, never really have set it up - but you definetely do not need CRM for this...

If you did a web search, you probably found this link: http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_07/helpdata/en/dd/560c70545a11d1a7020000e829fd11/content.htm?framese.... In there it says: "For information on Customizing, refer to the IMG for Warehouse Management, Rough Workload Estimate section.", so probably you should check this one if there is not answer here.
