Hi all,
I have an infoobject whose values might be C, T or G.
I'm wondering if it's possible to create texts for this 3 values directly to the table /BIC/TINFOOBJECT or I need to do it via flat-file.
If it's possible, may you explain how?
Thanks
You need not to go to the table. You can simply right click on your infoobject-->Maintain MAster data-->Select the record and click on Pencil button-->Enter the text and save on top.
You can check your reports without running ACR.

Hi,
use transaction RSDMD in your BI System.
Don't forget to activate if necessary.

Hi all, thank you very much for your answers.
Harshawardhan, your answer is helpful for those cases where there already are some values in text table, and through SE16 it's possible as you said. In this case text table was empty, so I could do it as Suman said.
Thank you for your prompt and effective response.

Hi Alberto
There is no need to load such texts. We often maintain those directly in the system as they a) do not change and b) are only a couple. The effort to create a ds and load the data is not worth it.
Just go "manage" on you infoobject and hit edit and add the description manually. If they are language dependend pick each language.
hope that clarifies
