Tried to update the MobileBIService war file, still show the same error again

which version of IPad are you using to connect?

also, you connecting to BI 4.0 or 4.1? which version?

what app for mobile are you using?

trying to login with Administrator ?

since any upgrade you facing this issue?

also, can you get me the output for

http://<WebAppServerWithMobileWar:port>/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion

Hi

that was fast!!

well, ok, if the output from the URL is indeed correct, it should show a build number as well.

But i will suggest you to redeploy the MobileBIService war file once again

stop tomcat

go to tomcat / webapps

rename MobileBIService as MobileBISErvice_old

go to tomcat/work/catalina/localhost

remove MobileBIService

start tomcat

test the issue

This error occurs if the network where users are working does not have connectivity with the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile server. Please Check the server connection details in the application on the user's device, such as the IP address or syntax of the connection URL.

Syntax of Connection URL

Sever URL : http://<Server name/IP>:8080/

CMS Name: <Server name/IP>:6400
