Dear All,

in solman T-code crm_dno_monitorn

show able to open ticket but some ticket not showing contact person

contact Person not showing in Solution manager in T-code crm_dno_monitor in some user

please help me out

Hi,

Please cross check the Variant which is  been used while executing the CRM_DNO _MONITOR , you  can as well  change the variant fields  as per your need.

You also  have an option to  have your own variant for this report .

GIve this a try , iam sure it will work.

Hi Singh,

Log in as user which does not have contact person column and check as depicted

Also you can use ST01 to trace authorizations.
