few doubts

1. In ID, when we assign BUSINESS SYSTEM.. we find WITH PARTY & WITH OUT PARTY.Whats the difference bt them and when can we use the former. Most of the times we go with the latter.??

2. when we have some external definitions for XSD, why is not available in F4 help when we try 2 create INTERFACE MAPPING?

Kiran,

we use party when we do B2B scenario i.e. business to buiness cases.

in interface mapping .we select message interfaces so yu need have message interface for ur External defination unless it is std IDOC or BAPI.

hi sreeram,

i am dealing with IDOC only and made few changes to XSD format for multipile occcurs. and later imported the same thru external definitions.

but this is not availble for f4 help. Y so when others are available.

to slove ur problem you need to select the orignal idoc in interface mapping . it does not show in interface mapping because teir is no message interfae defined for ur interface.
