Copy Control for Updating VBAP VBELV and VBAP POSNV

Hi Expert,

Could you please advise how can I update VBAP VBELV and VBAP POSNV while copying sales order from quotation.

I refered the bleow link but it did not specify the details of user exit / enhancement.

Hello Abdul,

For the desired requirement you need to go for an enhancement. Use the user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP at include MV45AFZZ to update values at sales document item level which will be called at the end of FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN. Thanks.

Thanks to all,

once we maintain strategy group in the material master MRP3 view it automatically gets filled. But the special stock field in the item category should be blank.

You can use MV45AFZZ: USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP to fill your item reference fields

in VA01.
