Exception when setting up an EP managed system

Hi, all

I am trying to setup a managed system in the solman 7.1 SP7 server. THe managed system is EP 7.3.1. I am using an EP user(TESTSM) with full SPML and administrators access. However, I keep getting error :

Exception while trying to get InitialContext. (Cause: Operation is not allowed for user: TESTSM. Check whether the permission roles

are assigned correctly for this user.

Here is the setup screen:

The EP instance number is 20 and I got the ports 3921 and 8121 from the dev_ms files. So I am quite sure that they are correct. Now I cannot understand why I am getting this dreadful error. When I check on the SMD agent log file, I don't see too much info other than repeating the error I show in the screenshot.

Hi Jonathan,

Please check notes 1585318 - Error 'Operation not allowed' when retrieving InitialContext and  1774045 - Check Configuration Error when user/role manually maintained

May be you need to add an entry in etc services.
