Error 580 Message: 'TM Error: InvalidAuthenticationParameters

Hi,

I am developing an Android application using SUP 2.2 to consume Netweaver Gateway services.

I have taken the reference of the below link :

When i am trying to OnBoard the user manually, I am getting the error "Error 580 Message: 'TM Error: InvalidAuthenticationParameters"

Two days back I was able to OnBoard the user successfully. I haven't made any changes to the code even though i am getting this error.

I have tried by passing the SUP credentials and netweaver gateway credentials. In both cases I am getting the above error.

Can anyone help me out why I am getting this error.

While configuring the end point url in SCC can you give IP instead of hostname and try.

Hi Shyam,

Have you created the application connection in the SUP for manual registration.

As far as i know this error comes only if you try to register an application which is not present in the SUP.

For manual registration : Create a security configuration with "no seclogin module"

Create a application connection template with the above sec. config.

Create application connection in the SUP with username and activation code.
