E-mail text in notify ecepient after confirmation

Hi,

How E-mail text is derived in notify recepient function under central confirmation.

As per current setup text is derived as follows

Hello XXXX (Goods Recepients Name),

Goods were received for your purchase order "XXXX:" from XX.XX.XXXX(Date). They

are ready for collection.

Best regards

Your goods receiving department

We wants to know how this is derived.

Hi Sudhir,

There could be workflow notification or custom development on your side which is triggering this notification. You need to get help from some developer in order to get the exact notification being triggerd.

From the descirption it looks like custom message not SAP message. You can also looks Tasks under PFTC with Standard task and see if you find any GR related task. From there you can back track the workflow.
