excise Opening & Closing Balances for RG23C II register

Dear All,

I have one issue in excise Opening & Closing Balances for RG23C II register

We have extracted RG23 C II register for month of May from 1.05.2013 to 26.05.2013 instead of from 1.05.2013 to 31.05.2013 because of this closing balance at the end of May was wrongly updated. There were some difference in account because of missing of entries posted on 31/05/2013 And same balance move to opening of June.

Now we are on month of September. Can anyone provide me how to correct Opening & Closing Balances from May to September?

Hi,

Pls READ through the OSS note 1673612 and delete the table entries from the 3 dynamic

tables as suggested. Then maintain the correct closing balance as on 30.04.2013 and re-extract for May. The balances will be correct.
