Error when ECC receive ASN - “Field VBELN empty”

Hi gurus.

I need help for error when we send ASN to ECC.

When send ASN of SNC to ECC our IDOC showing error that field VBELN is empty.

Analyzing the error on IDOC this field don't filled.

What's the field that we feed?

Hi,

It is fed with //Delivery/BuyerID field, normally it is not mandatory (may be the set-up in your landscape requires that). This is the SD Document Number.

How are you populating the idoc? is it via XI/PI or other means.

Yes, the way between SNC to ECC is using XI/PI.

This is my error:

We don't change standard configuration.
