Hello colleagues!

We are on SRM 7.01 with the following support package level:  SRM_SERVER 701 0005 SAPK-70105INSRMSRV.

We have this error message when a supplier contact person tries to create a new invoice: "Attributes of the user are inconsistent/not defined See transaction PPOMA_BBP"

On PPOMA transaction says:

Attribute check for  failed &

System error: the object US  has no relationships

I tried with transaction BBP_USERS_CHECK, but it didn't solve the issue. Can you please help me solve this?

Hi,

You can use the below steps:

1. Use T code: USERS_GEN
2. Click on:  Copy user and Employee Data from Template
3. Create users from existing SUO1 Users..
4. Execute Action
5. Enter Organizational Unit ID(5000…)
6. Select: All users
7. Select User and click on continue.
8. And also check  PPOMA_BBP in Organization  BP ID and CP created or not
9. 9.Go to T code BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE or HRALXSYNC (for object synchronization and repair) and give the user and execute t o check the consistency of given user ID.

Hi Baigorria,

This error occurs when the Business partner is not created for CP.

Please check if supplier data is maintained correctly

Hi,

User is not assigned to Organization Structure.

Use Txn USERS_GEN. In following manner you should add user to Organization Structure.

• Select Copy User and Employee Data from Template.
• Create Users from Existing Txn SU01 User
• Execute Action
• Enter the Organizational Id under which you want user to be assigned
• click on Continue.
