Have set up a KPI that updates every ten (10) minutes. After reviewing the raw data and I have a row every ten (10) minutes. On the KPI Monitor column "Trend" I should see a trend arrow against the previous amount according to the documentation I have read. I am not seeing this arrow.
Is there some setting I am missing?
We are on version 14.0.3 Build(24).

Hi Brad,
Trend is calculated based on 'Duration' which you mention for your search template in KPI Monitor screen.
Trend is calculated by the previous value of KPI and this previous value is dependent on the duration of the search template.
So the previous value means value at 24 hours before the start date of your duration. If the value is not found then trend column comes as blank.
