Hi all,

how can i delete permanentely smartform and script in a system.

how can i add a paragraph formate and font in a smartforms.

please give a valuable reply.

Hi Satish,

Comingto your First Question, follow this procedure.

Go to SE71 enter the form name and select the Change button. From there, go to the Menu bar, from there FORM --> DELETE.

and for

SMARTFORMS, go to the SF transaction Code , i.e. <b>SMARTFORMS</b>.

Follow the same procedure and select the DELETE in the FORM Tab

Coming to your second Question,

SAP provides a way to create a specific style for a specific text in <b>SMARTFORMS</b> as in the case of <b>SAP SCRIPTS</b>, here it is called SMARTSTYLES and the transaction code is the same , i.e. <b>SMARTSTYLES</b>.

In <b>SMARTSTYLES</b> , we can create a specific character format and a specific paragraph format, which can be used in a specific part ,i.e. text, etc.. of a SMARTFORM.

We can have as many STYLES as possible in a single SMARTFORM, depending on our requirement.

to delete smartform>goto smartforms>enter the from name->press delete Icon.

It opens the form , then goto Menu bar .. there FORM --> DELETE.

For the smart forms the transaction code is SMARTFORMS. Here also the same procedure...

U need to create the paragraph and character formats in another transaction and u need to use them in the smartform.... <b>These are called the SMARTSTYLES</b>..

the tcode is <b>SMARTSTYLES</b>

Go to transaction SE71, enter the sapscript name, click change, from the menu, choose form, delete.
