SolMan DIA WPs getting blocked

Hello

The DIA WPs in SolMan 7.1 are lately blocked.

From the traces we have the following infos:

A  ABAP Program CL_LMDB_TX_CONTEXT============CP        .

A  Source CL_LMDB_TX_CONTEXT============CM00N      Line 31.

A  Error Code ASSERTION_FAILED.

A  Module abassert.c.

A  Function ab_aabAssertionFailedRabax Line 1880.

The DPMon is similar to:

1 DIA    24772 Run           yes   no     3 1376  GP003N8U 001 SM_EFWK

2 DIA    24940 Run           yes   no     2 1269  GP003N8U 001 SM_EFWK

Any Ideas?

Did you solve this problem? I have exactly same problem on Solman 7.1 SPS10.

I am doing lock monitoring and deleting lock manually.

If yoo already solve this could you share your solutions?

Hi

Yes, I solved the problem.

My suggestion would be to perform a thorough check of solution Manager: LMDB Configuration especially, perform LMDB checks and correct the Errors and try as much as possible to keep SolMan up to date(newest notes, CR Content and so on.).

Have you recently update the stats in your system, if not please do it.

Statistics are being automatically updated on a daily basis.

Additionaly I manually gathered the statistics like mentioned in another post from above.

Yes, like I mentioned I'm familiar with the Note 1873066 and related Note 1555955.

1. There was no lock on table LMDB_S_CIM_LOCK_CHANGELOG

2. Regathered manually statistics

3. We don't have application servers

what is the SP level in solman 7.1system ?

Please apply the latest SAP Solution Manager - Basic functions of 7.1 SPX version on the solution manager system .

It will solve the issue.

Also check the Note 1650032 - Landscape LMDB wrapper

SolMan is on SP7 and the Basic Functions Note is up to date.

Any other ideas?

Hi ,

whether this issue is happening on frequently or else restart the system system and check it.

Also apply latest LM-service patch , update the latest CR content and CIM model and apply the latest LMDB wrapper note also.

The problem is in fact that it's happening quite often.

Restarting the system every 2 days is definetely not a viable option.

SolMan is up to date but I will double check the other mentioned points: maybe I missed something.
