SRM Authorization control for Manual RFx

Dear Expert,

We want to restrict manual RFx entry to SRM Buyers.user should process Rfx w.r.t to Purchase requisition only.

Manual RFx should be restricted to users.

Please confirm if this can be controlled to authorization or is there any other way.

Hi Sandesh,

Through configuration , you can remove the create Rfx button from the POWL and as far as the work center is concerned ( as there is a Create Document-Rfx ) that can be removed via authorization.

Please confirm the authorization object as SPRO setting cannot be configured because the requirement is based on user specific.

check with your security team and ask them to modify parameters for Strategic Purchasing role.
