How to convert the EAR file into SDA file in SAP NWDS 7.3?

Hi all,

I am trying to deploy a sda file into SAP PI server using JSPM.

For that i want to convert the EAR file into SDA file. But I don’t get any tools in SAP NWDS 7.3. How to install nwcetool into the SAP NWDS 7.3 (or) is there any alternative to convert the EAR to SDA?

You can check the following doc for converting .ear file to .sda

but as jorg said you can deploy .ear file directly through nwds.

Hello Chandra,

the alternative is to deploy the ear file directly to the server using NWDS. This is my preferred option, you don't need another tool then and you don't need an SDA file.

But our deployment team asks SDA file to deploying it through JSPM.

In NWDS 7.3 there is no nwcetool to convert ear to sda.
